| 1954 Nov | The factory reorganised to be limited company. The second generation of president is Tadashi Kajiyama. |
| 1957 Oct. | The capital was increased by 25 million JPY. |
| 1961 May. | Chugoku Steel Manufacture Ltd. was renamed. |
| 1961 Oct. | As the merging with Kobe Steel Manufactory and investment from Shinko Shoji Business Ltd., the capital was increased by 70 million JPY. |
| 1964 Dec. | The smelting department was seperated from Chugoku Steel Manufacture Ltd. and formed Tsubosa Smelting Ltd. with capital of 20 million JPY. |
